Every request is reviewed before production. Complex shapes, large sizes, specialty colors or delicate decorations may require a different price or additional preparation time. Purchasing the listing does not automatically confirm that every requested feature can be produced.

Production begins only after the design scope, available options and any required price adjustment have been confirmed. Requests submitted after approval may be treated as a new revision and can affect the price or completion schedule.

Handmade Production

Natural Variations in One-of-One Work

Each commission is individually handmade rather than factory molded to an identical finish. Slight differences in color, shape, weight, texture, markings and decorative placement are expected characteristics of handmade work.

Small air bubbles, minor surface marks and subtle finishing differences may occasionally occur. Screen settings and lighting can also make colors appear different in photographs.

The photographs show the Frog Design option and provide an example of our handmade finish. One-of-One Custom Design commissions will be made according to the separately approved brief.

Will my custom squishy look exactly like my reference image?

Reference images guide the shape, mood and details of the commission. Handmade production and material behavior mean that exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

How long does a commission take?

Preparation time depends on the complexity of the approved design and the current production schedule. The expected timeline will be confirmed before production begins.

Once the design brief has been approved and production has started, the order is final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded for personal preference, change of mind, incorrect instructions or dissatisfaction with normal handmade variations.

Delivery, Damage and Lost Packages

Tracking information will be provided after the completed commission has been shipped. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete.

Exceptions to the final-sale policy apply if the package is confirmed lost in transit or the product arrives seriously damaged, defective or materially different from the approved design.
