Due to the handmade nature of this product, returns or exchanges for personal preference may be restricted once production has started.
If your item arrives seriously damaged, defective or different from the options you selected, please contact us with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours; after 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled for personal reasons.

Yes! Some selected products can be customized in color, filling, topping, decoration and texture. Available options vary by product, so please check the product page or contact us before ordering if you have a special request.
3. How long does it take to prepare my order?
In-stock and non-customized items are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days. Customized products are generally dispatched within 7 business days. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
4. How long does shipping take?
Standard international shipping usually takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and the local carrier. Express shipping may be available for an additional fee.
5. Are FoamyLab squishies suitable for children?
Our products are designed primarily as collectible sensory items and are recommended for ages 16 and above. They are not suitable for children under 3 years old and should always be kept away from the mouth.
6. Do you ship Oversea?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. However, local regulations, customs duties, import taxes and related fees are determined by the destination country. Any such issues and charges are the responsibility of the customer.
