Welcome to Foamylab. The terms “Foamylab,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Foamylab website, including any content, features, products, and services available through it (collectively, the “Site”).
By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Site. If you are considered a minor where you live, you may use the Site and make purchases only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes, weights, colors, textures, softness levels, availability, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.

Foamylab products are designed with careful attention to realistic colors, textures, and details. Some products may closely resemble food, but they are not edible and must not be placed in the mouth or consumed.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, inaccurate descriptions, or omissions. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you with the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the affected product for a refund.
3. Handmade and Customized Products
Many Foamylab products are individually handmade. Slight variations in color, shape, weight, texture, surface finish, softness, decoration, air bubbles, or other small details may naturally occur.
These reasonable variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Customized and made-to-order products are created according to the options and information submitted by the customer. You are responsible for checking that all selected colors, styles, text, images, and customization details are accurate before placing your order.
Once production of a customized product has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Customized or made-to-order products may also be excluded from change-of-mind returns, as explained in our Refund Policy.
If you submit images, text, designs, or other materials for customization, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials and that their use by Foamylab for fulfilling your order will not violate another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
You grant Foamylab a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, and fulfill your order.
4. Orders, Acceptance and Shipping
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order will generally be considered accepted after:

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Site or shown at checkout. Currency conversion may cause minor differences depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6. Promotional Codes and Sales
Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated with the applicable promotion.

Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash

Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed

Promotional codes may not apply to sale, customized, limited-edition, or excluded products

We reserve the right to cancel or restrict promotional codes that are expired, misused, duplicated, transferred without authorization, or obtained through fraudulent activity.
Products purchased during sales, clearance events, or specified promotions may be treated as final sale in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Product Use and Safety
Foamylab products must be used carefully and in accordance with any instructions or warnings provided on the product page, packaging, or accompanying materials.

Damage caused by misuse, excessive force, sharp objects, improper storage, heat, pets, or failure to follow product instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Foamylab products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anxiety, stress, or any medical condition.
8. User Accounts

If such an event materially affects an accepted order, we will provide the options required by applicable law.
18. Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Site.
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or unlawful activity, or created a security risk.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including outstanding payment, fulfillment, refund, intellectual property, or liability obligations.
