Basque Cheesecake Squishy with a Toasted Cake Finish

A Cake Squishy with a Creamy Center and Browned Crust

The yellow top contrasts with a textured cream-colored center and darker outer crust. A yellow cord with a tiny bell adds a finishing detail. The cord and bell belong to the product design, but they should not be used to pull or stretch the squishy.
